摘要
本文报告用约氏鼠疟原虫一斯氏按蚊系统对36个伯喹酰胺类化合物进行疟疾病因性预防活性初筛的结果。其中氧甲基苏氨酰伯喹在与伯喹等剂量时显示较强的抗疟作用。
In this paper a preliminary screening of causal prophylactic antimalarial drug of primaquine amide series by using Plasmodium yoelii-Anopheles stephensi system was reported. Among the 36 derivatives of primaquine amide, methoxyl-threonyl primaquine showed a stronger antimalarial effect in comparison with primaquine at the same dose.
