摘要
引黄灌区天牛危害猖獗,造成毁灭性的灾害。在第二代农田林网建设的前夕,本文在回顾以往防治天牛工作成败的基础上,应用辩证观点,从宏观上谈谈平原绿化当前应妥善处理好的几个问题。总的想法是,强化倚重科技意识,着重转变管理机制。
The Yellow River irrigation areas of Ningxia have been struck by the capricorn beetle, which has caused a calamity. Before construction of the second generation forest network along the farmland, this paper, summing up the past experience in controlling the pest, with macroscopical and dialectical viewpoint, discussed some problems which must be properly tackled in the present afforestation of the plain. Some suggestions made were to strengthen scientific con-sciousness and rely on it, and to stress the change of mechanism of management.
