遗传资源保存的群体遗传理论

摘要 本文从动植物遗传资源保存的角度出发,系统地介绍了影响有限群体中基因频率偏离平衡状态系统性效应和分散性效应。从微观的基因水平出发,要使动植物群体避免基因的固定或丢失,必需维持群体遗传结构的平衡性。因而,迁移、突变、选择、随机漂变、群体有效含量、留种方式等影响基因频率偏离平衡状态的因素,就成为影响品种资源保存效率的重要因素。本文拟就遗传资源保存的群体遗传理论作一系统性的综合介绍,为我国动植物的保种实践和进一步开展保种理论与方法的研究提供参考。 This paper, starting off with the point of view that the resource of animal and plant reserves, systematically introduces systematic and dispersive effect that influences deviation -balance state of frequency of gene in the limited colony. Considering microcosmic level of gene, in order to avoid the colony of animal and plant being fixed or lost, the balance of the gene -structure of the colony has to be maintained. Therefore, these factors such as migration, idio-variation, selection, random-erratic variation, effective content of colony , way for seed left ete. , which influence the deviation-balance state,are very important factors influencing the ef-fectiveness of reservation of resource. The colony- genetic theory of reservation of genetic resource has been introduced comprehensively in the paper, which can provide a reference for the practice of reserving seeds of plants and animals and further studies of theory and method of reserving seeds.
