摘要 应某丝绸厂的邀请,我们设计制造了一套用于煮茧生产的自动温控系统,本文就其控制原理和结构特点作一介绍。该系统用微机监控,用高级语言编程,可以有效地实时控制蒸汽供汽压力以及8个区段的温度。压力控制精度±0.005MPa,温度控制精度±1℃。该机可以全屏幕汉字同时显示被控参数的设制定值和实测值,且结构简单,控制精度高,使用操作方便。 A new temperature auto-control system for cocoon boiling machine was designed and manufac- tured by the authors at the invitation of a silk factory.The controlling principle of the system and its features of construction are introduced.The system is controlled by a computer and is programed with high-level language.It can control effectively the pressure of the supplying steam and the tem- perature of eight sectors of the cocoon boiling machine in real-time mode.The controlling accuracy is±0.005 MPa for the pressure and±1℃ for the temperature.It can dispay simultaneously in Chinese the setting value and the real-controlling value of the controlled parameters,and has the features of simple construction,high accuracy of control,and convenience for use.
