日本血吸虫成虫抗原等电点聚焦电泳和免疫印斑试验的初步分析

摘要 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电点聚焦(PAG-IEF)电泳分离日本血吸虫成虫抗原,出现25个不同等电点(pI)的蛋白带,均在酸性区内。通过酶联免疫印斑试验,发现有6条主带可被血吸虫病人血清和重感染兔血清识别,其中有2条带与布氏姜片吸虫病人血清有交叉(起微弱的结合)反应,其余4条主带与布氏姜片吸虫、华支睾吸虫和卫氏并殖吸虫病人血清均无交叉反应。 By means of polyacylamide gel electrofocusing in Ampholine pH 3. 5-10. 0 , 25 bands were detected in adult worm antigen of Schistosoma japonicum. All of the bands were located in acid part of the gel (pI<7) with immunoblot test, six main bands showed positive reaction with sera from patients and rabbits infected with Schistosoma japonicum. two of those main bands reacted weakly with sera from patients infected with Fasciolopsis buski; while for the remaining four bands no crossreaction was found with sera from patients either infected with Fasciolopsis buski, Clonorchis sinensis or Paragonimus ivestermani.
