红元帅苹果及其变异植株器官的比较解剖学研究

STUDIES ON APPLE RED DELICIOUS AND ITS ORGAN IN THE MUTATED TREE

本文对红元帅苹果及其变异植株的茎叶和花部器官,进行了较为系统的电镜扫描观察研究后认为,两者的结构基本相似,但红元帅变异植株茎皮层多层细胞全面加厚,叶栅栏组织比例较大;花粉粒具有圆形与三角形两种类型,萌发孔沟呈三角形,为研究红元帅苹果提供比较解剖学资料。

In this paper ,stems and leaves of apple Red Deiicious and its bud mutation were made comparative anatomical observations by plant micrological technique. Both their structures are primarily similar,but the difference is also apparent. The layers of cell wall in cortex of bud in mutaied stem thicken wholly. The proportion of palisade tissue in leaf is larger Especially,the pollen grain has two typse of circularity and triangle,its surface has triangular germ pore.
