摘要
本文是绵刺营养器官解剖学研究的一部分着重部分了绵刺茎的发育及其解剖结构。绵刺茎的结构与一般木本双子叶植物茎的结构相似,但其皮层较宽,由两种类型的细胞构成而且其内侧的皮层细胞最后形成厚壁的纤维细胞。茎为典型的旱性结构。绵刺茎的发育与其叶的发育密切相关,茎中维管其上束的数目与配置是由叶和叶迹在茎中向下延续的程序所决定的。
This paper is a part of the point to study the develoment and anatomic structure of the stem in P. mongolica, whose structure is similar to that of common lig-neousdicotyledon, but its cortex is wider than others, which consists of two types of cells, and the cells of inner cortex finally become sclerenchymatous fibrous cells. Its stem is the typical xerophilous structure. Development of stem in P. mongolica is closely related to that of its leaf. The number of fibrovascular and its disposition inside stem and decided by the degree that the leaf trace and the phyllotaxis downward extended inside stem.
