He—Ne激光针灸背俞穴对免疫功能影响与内脏相关联的探讨

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN INTERNAL ORGAN &. EFFECT OF HL-NL LASER ACUPUNCTURE WITH MOXIBUSTION BACK YU POINT ON IMMUNE FUNCTION

本文以大白鼠尾静脉注射绵羊红细胞(SRBC),用He—Ne激光针灸背俞穴,进行抗体效价测定,结果实验组较对照组的抗体滴度增加2—4倍,说明激光针灸背俞定能增强机体的免疫功能。用药物封闭穴位下的神经通路,切断迷走神经的传入,激光针灸便不能引起抗体效价上升,说明针灸信息必须通过外周神经系统的传入,刺激交感神经或抑制副交感神经系统的活动,才能发挥作用。

The potency of antibody was tested by that sheep's red blood cell(SRBC) was injected into vein of large white mouse,with H1 - NL laser acupuncture back yu point in this paper. The result shows that the antibody titer of experimental group in creased by 2-4 times more than that of the checked group, which indicated the laser acupuncture Back Yu Opening increased the immunity of the animal boay. If the nerve way under point was sealed with madicament,the conduction of vagus nerve was cut off and ,the potency of antibody cannot increase through laser acupuncture,which showed that only when the action of acupuncture information was transmited into internal organ system through outside,can it work.
