试论科学技术是第一生产力的内涵

ON CONNOTATION OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY BEING THE PIRST PRODUCTIVE FORCE

目前社会上对科学技术是第一生产力内涵的阐述,大部份人都只从科学技术的生产力功能方面来解释。本人认为科学技术是第一生产力的内涵不仅包含着它具有强大的生产力功能,而且还包含着向生产力的转化问题。并在文章中提出了一些实现转化的途径。

The elaboration on connotation that science and technology are the first productive force in society at present explained just only on the basis of productive func-tion of science and technology. The author considered the connotation not only included that they owned strong function of productive force but also contained transformation towards productive force. Some ways which could help realize the transformation were put forward.
