本文报道本实验室在昆虫病毒分子构型和分子量,病毒信使RNA及基因定位,病毒DNA与限制性内切酶的相互作用,病毒的分子克隆等方面所做的电镜观察结果。

This paper reports the observation of Pieries Brassical Granulosis Virus (PbGV) Genome, the molecular weight measurement, the location of the granulin gene by R-loop technique, the reaction of restriction endonuclease and the virus genome, the observation of recombinant DNA, and the het-erogenity of plasmid molecules. All the information came from observation under electron microscope.
