摘要
杨毒蛾核型多角体病毒(Lencoma Salicis nuclear polyhedrosis virus,简称LsNPV)是一种多粒包理型的杆状病毒。在扫描电镜下呈不规则多面体,病毒多角体大小不一致,平均直径为1.2μm。病毒粒子长为215nm直径30~50nm。LsNPV的基因组是一个环状双链DNA。限制性内切酶BglI,SalI分别把病毒DNA酶解为26和24个限制性片段,由片段总和法计算,基因组大小为86.3kb。
Lencoma Salicis Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus (LsNPV) was studied with respect to its morphological structure and enzymatic digestion of viral DNA. The results showed that is a kind of multiple-embed-ed baculovirus and by scanning electron-microscopy, the inclusion bodies were irregular polyhedra which varied in size with diameter from 0. 8 u to 1. 6 u. The length of virion is 215 nm and the diameter is 40-50 nm. It was found that the LsNPV DNA molecules were circular. Restriction endonucle-ase digestion products analysis showed Bgl I and Sal I cleaved the LsNPV DNA into 26 and 24 fragments respectively. The size of the genome of LsNPV-DNA calculated by adding the lengths of LsP-NV-DNA fragments digested by Sal I was 86. 3 Kb.
