An Observation Upon Solubility of Sheep Uric Stone in the Reagent Solutions of Different Concentration

酸、盐和络合剂20种,配成不同浓度,对不同量结合行溶解试验。结果有机酸溶石效果最佳,络合剂和中性盐较好,酸性盐次之,碱性盐较差。溶石效果与溶液、尿石的浓度和其PH有关。

Make up the reagent solutionss of different concentration with 20 kinds of acid, salt and complex preparations. And conduct dissolving experiments on different quality of uric stone in the reagent solutions of different concentrations. The experiments show that the dissolving result of organic acid is the best; that of complex preparation and neutral salt fairly good,- acid salt comes the next and alkaline salt relatively poor. The dissolving effect of uric stone has something to do with concentration of the solutions, uric stone and PH.
