间歇性低氧训练对力竭运动时心率及乳酸代谢能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨力竭性运动对心率及乳酸代谢能力的影响。方法:对14名运动员进行间歇性低氧训练(intervalhypoxictraining,IHT),低氧训练模式:5min低氧+5min间歇(常氧);运动模式:低氧训练前及21d低氧训练结束后次日分别进行逐级递增负荷的功率自行车运动:起始负荷为40W,以后每3min递增20W,直至力竭。比较IHT前后的心率和乳酸水平。结果:IHT后的心率和血乳酸水平均低于IHT前,曲线均右移。结论:机体对IHT适应后,可以使心率下降,心率储备增加;机体血乳酸的消除速度加快。IHT使机体对同等强度的运动更加适应,提高了有氧代谢能力。 AIM:To explore the effect of interval hypoxic training(IHT) on organic motor ability. METHODS:Fourteen athletes received IHT.Interval hypoxic mode:5 minute hypoxia+5 minute rest.Exercise mode:all athletes had bicycle exercise with stepwise increasing load cycle ergometer before training and the next day after 21 day training:40 W at the beginning,and 20 W was increased every 3 minutes till exhaustion. Heart rate(HR) and lactic acid(LA) before and after IHT were compared. RESULTS:HR and LA content after IHT were lower than those before IHT,and the curve all showed a tendency of shifting to the right. CONCLUSION:IHT can decrease HR,increase HR conservation,and accelerate the disappearing rate of LA after body adaptation to IHT.IHT has body more adapt to the same intensity exercise so as to improve the capacity of aerobic metabolism.
