摘要
通过大量的激光表面合金化实验结果的综合分析,采用Anthony和cline提出的对流传质模型,从理论土探讨了产生激光表面合金层宏观上基本均匀的内在原因和影响成分均匀性的主要因素。另外,从激光合金化层凝固机理分析,要使合金层微观成分完全均匀是不可能的。但是,通过合理选取激光合金化工艺参数和合金元素的选择与配比,实现成分分布在宏观上均匀,在微观上基本均匀的表面合金层是可能的。
Having comprehensively analyzed many experiment results of laser surface alloying and used the mass transfer model by Anthony and Cline, this paper studied the inherent reasons which result in basic composition uniformity of surface alloying macrocosmically and the primary factors which affect composition uniformity. On the other hand, it is impossible to make micro-composition distribution of laser surface alloying layer uniform according to the analysis of solidfication mechanism of laser alloying layer, but it is possible to obtain the composition uniformity macrocosmically through appropriate selection of laser processing parametere and reasonable proportion of alloy elements.
