苯系混合物对仔代行为发育影响的研究

摘要 本文进行了苯系混合物对仔代行为发育影响的研究,结果表明,Wistar大鼠于妊娠6~15天吸入不同浓度的苯系混合物(高浓度组苯86.39mg/m^3,甲苯1069.97mg/m^3,二甲苯985.57mg/m^3及低浓度组苯43.82mg/m^3,甲苯111.65mg=/m^3,二甲苯92.76mg/m^3和对照组)每天4小时,可致F_1代仔鼠生长发育迟缓、行为异常;且致仔代情动性出现变化,探究行为和活动度的增加。 The effect of the mixture of benzene, toluene and xylene on offspring behavioral development in rats were studied.Two groups of Wistar rats were exposed to the mixture of benzene, toluene and xylene for 4h/day on days 6-15 of gestation (high concentration group: benzene 86.39mg/m^3 toluene 1069.97mg/m^3, xylene 985.57mg/m^3; low concentration group: benzene 43.82mg/m^3, toluene 111.65mg/m^3, xylene 92.76mg/m and control group).The results showed that the exposing to the mixture of benzene, toluene and xylene during organogenesis period of pregnant rats produced growth retardation affected behavioral development, changed emotionality and increased exploratory behavior and activity in offspring of rats.
