原发纵隔肿瘤与囊肿的诊断和外科治疗——附46例报告

Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Primary Mediastinal Tumors and Cysts-A Report of 46 Cases

本文报告了以往20年间经手术和病理证实的原发性纵隔肿瘤和囊肿46例,其中以神经源性肿瘤、胸腺瘤和畸胎瘤最常见。X线检查是诊断本病最可靠、简便的手段;CT是一种较好的辅助诊断方法。早期手术切除是本病的首选治疗。本组手术切除率为95.7％。本文讨论了各种纵隔肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断,并介绍了手术的途径和方法。

We have reviewed 46 cases with confirmed primary mediastinal tumors and cysts by operation and pathological examination in 20 years. Neurogenic, thymic and teratoid tumors are most common among them.X-Ray examination is the most reliable and easy diagnostic means for this disease. CT is a good diagnostic method as supplement. Early operation is the first option to treat the disease. The resection rate was 95.7% in this group. The diagnosis and distinguish diagnosis of various mediastinal tumors were discussed; the ways and procedures of operation were also recommended.
