摘要
目的:对武装警察(武警)战士的主要身体形态、生理机能、运动素质进行测定,进而制定武警战士个体体质和群体体质的评定标准。方法:对800名机动分队的武警战士(2002年入伍)进行本实验研究;部分类别的指标选择在应用统计学进行聚类分析的基础上,咨询专家的意见,确定武警战士体格体能的综合指标。克托莱指数、肺活量指数、心功能指数的测定依据《实用体质学》制定的方法;引体向上、立定跳远、100m跑,3000m跑的测定依常规体育测量法;最大摄氧量的测定采用中国军用标准《士兵体能的测量与评价》(GJB133-92)。结果:评定标准以百分位法和离差法分为5个等级:优秀、良好、中等、较差、差。战士个体体质综合评价指数为:优秀55.57<∑T、良好52.95<∑T≤55.57、中等46.74<∑T≤52.95、较差43.59<∑T≤46.74、差∑T≤43.59;部队群体体质综合评价指数为:优秀54.99<∑T、良好52.65<∑T≤54.99、中等46.85<∑T≤52.65、较差44.51<∑T≤46.85、差∑T≤44.51。结论:武警部队战士体质综合评价的标准研究能够在部队训练的实践中得以应用,对训练的效果进行检验。
AIM:To assay the body figure,physiological performance and sport quality of armed police force soldiers so as to formulate a criteria to assess their individual and colony physical fitness. METHODS:A total of 800 armed police force soldiers from motion unit(enrolled in 2002) were selected for this experiment.Parts of classified indexes were chosen on the basis of applied statistics with cluster analysis,and by inquiring experts,the synthesized indexes were confirmed.Quetelet index,vital capacity index and cardiac function index were made according to Practical Crasiology;body upward,stand jumping,100 meter race,1 000 meter race were examined in accordance with conventional gymnastic method;maximal oxygen uptake was measured with Measurement and Evaluation of Soldiers Physical Fitness made by Chinese PLA(GJB133 92). RESULTS:Criteria were made into five grades according to percentile rank and dispersion method:excellent,good,fair,fairly bad,bad.Individual synthesized physical fitness index consisted of excellent level:55.57<∑T,good level:52.95<∑T≤55.57,fair:46.74<∑T≤52.95,bad level:43.59<∑T≤46.74,worst level:∑T≤43.59.Army synthesized index included excellent level:54.99<∑T,good level:52.65<∑T≤54..99,fair:46.85<∑T≤52.65,bad:44.51<∑T≤46.85,worst:∑T≤44.51. CONCLUSION:It can be put into practice to inspect training effect according to the results of assessment on physical fitness and capacity of armed force police soldiers.
