摘要
本文对18~76岁正常成人103人(男67,女36)的x蝶鞍正、侧位片进行了蝶鞍深径、前后径、宽径、侧位面积和体积的测量,用IBMPC/XT089型电子计算机对数据进行了逐步回归分析处理,筛选出推算体积的最佳因子(x_3-宽径,x_4-面积)。研究发现他们之间呈正相关关系,其复相关系数相关系数有高度显著性。故建立多元线性回归方程式:本方程式可供推算成人蝶鞍体积使用。
The measuerment was made on the vertical of shaft of sella turcica (x1), antero-posterio of shaft of sella turcica (x2), breadth of shaft of sella turcica (x3) , The sella turcica area ( x4 ) and the volume of sella turcica ( Y ) by X-ray ant-posterio film and lateral film, among 103 ( male 67, female 36) adult aged 18-76, and the date was treated with IBM PC/XT089 electronic computer, and analysis of stepwise regression.The result obtained formed relative directly with as, the multipe correlation coefficent r=0.99, P<<0. 0001. The stepwise regressive equation to calcute the sella turcica volume by the x3x4 were work out: Y = -1358. 20 +50.69x3 + 13.44x4 ( mm3 ) .Application of the means calcalate the sella turcica volume of adult.
