试论教学制度的改革

On the Reform of Educational System

发展经济与发展科技和教育密切相关,要适应经济和社会的发展,改革教学制度势在必行。本文仅就改革学年制,实行学分制等问题进行初步探讨;并着重论述学分制的优越性,实行学分制的必要性,以及地方大学实行学分制的可行性。

Education is closely connected with the development of economy and that of science and technology. To keep abreast with the economic and social development the reform of edcucation system is imperative. This paper tries to discuss the reform of school year system and the implementation of cedit system. It pays special attention to the problems such as the superiority of credit system, the reason why this system should be carried out and how to carry out this system in a local uQDniversity.
