试论加强普通高校成人教育教学管理体制

本文分析了目前普通高校成人教育教学管理体制存在的问题,探讨了加强制度化管理,提高教学质量和办学效益的途径。指出只有“向管理要质量”,才是办好成人教育的关键。

This paper attempts to analyze the current problems existed in ,the teaching management system of the adult education in ordinary higher educational institues as well as to probe deeply into how to strengthen this management, to improve the quality of our teaching and to achieve beneficial result in running colleges and universities. According to the theory and practice, it is proved that only 'asking for quality from management 'can be the key to promoting the adult education.
