PCR结合寡核苷酸分子杂交技术在基因诊断中的应用——附一例β地贫(IVS—Ⅰ—5G→C)杂合子的报告

摘要 本文报告采用^(32)P标记的寡核苷酸探针与聚合酶链式反应(PCR)扩增的β珠蛋白基因的特异DNA片段进行分子杂交,鉴定β地中海贫血(地贫)的基因突变,检出1例病人为地贫基因突变(IVS-1-5G→C)的杂合子,为临床开展其它遗传病及病毒、肿瘤等疾病的基因诊断提供了实用、有效的途径.
