烧伤病人创面感染气单胞菌的研究

STUDY N A EROMONAS INFECTION IN BURNS PATIENTS.

从521份气单胞菌所致烧伤病人创面感染的创面标本中,经生化反应分析、毒素测定,检出气单胞菌42株(80.06％),其菌种为亲水气单胞菌24株(57.14％),温合气单胞17株(40.5％),豚鼠气单胞菌1株(2.36％)。在42株气单胞菌感染中,单一菌种感染15株(35.7％),多种菌感染27株(64.3％)。

In this paper ,we reported that the burn-patient wounds were infected with Aeromonas·spp. 42 strains Aeromonas (8.06%)were obtained from 521 burn patients hospitalized. The results of indentification from these 42 strains bacteria showed 24 (57.14%)A·hydrophila, 17 (40.50%) A·sobria,1 (2.36%)A·caviae. In all 42 patients infected with Aeromonas, 15 patients were infected with only Aeromonas, but others were infected complexly with Aeromonas and other bacteria.
