紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗脑血管病的实验研究及作用机理探讨

摘要 本文对接受紫外线照射充氧自血回输治疗的22例脑血管病人,进行治疗前后血液流变学及甲皱微循环动态观察,结果显示,随血液粘滞性改变,甲皱微循环的异常率亦随之降低。认为本疗法是脑血管病防治及康复的一种理想的辅助治疗法。并对其机理作了初步探讨。 It had been observed the hemodynamics and microcirculation in the nail fold of 22 patients with cerebral vascular diseases treated by the autotransfution of the oxygenated blood radiated by ultraviolet rays before and after the treatment. The results showed that following the changes of blood viscosity, the abnormal rate of the microcirculation in nail fold decreased. The method was considered a ideal auxilitary therapy to treat and prevent the cerebral vascular diseases. The principle of the method was also discussed.
