摘要
本文以超短波为主的光、电物理治疗乙型慢性迁延型肝炎30例的效果,与模拟红外线信息治疗组30例对照,结果表明治疗组治愈率、总有效率均优于对照组。以超短波为主的光、电治疗有效原理可能为超短波的热效应改善肝脏微循环和特殊的非热效应加强肝脏解毒功能,提高机体免疫力的综合效果。此疗法可作为治疗病毒性肝炎或其他原因引起肝功能受损的一种方法。
The comparisons of the curative effects on 60 chronic delayed hepatitis B were made between the light and electric therapiy mainly using super-short wave (treated group) and imitative infrared message therapy (control group). The results showed that both the curative rate and general active rate of the treated group were superior to that of the control one. The principle maybe base on the heat effects of super-shortwave which improves the liver microcirculation and on special non--heat effects which increases liver detoxication function and immunocompetence of human body. This method Can be used to treat viral hepatitis or liver functional abnormality induced by other causes.
