Ag—NOR计数及其与DNA含量的关系在乳腺癌病理诊断中的意义

A SIGNIFICANCE OF AG-NOR DATA AND IN RELATIONSHIP OF DNA CONTENT IN PATHOLOGICAL DIAGNOSIS OF BREAST CARCINOMA

对123例乳腺癌组织作了核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag—NOR)的检测,其中44例曾做过DNA含量测。结果显示:(1)Ag—NOR计数在各类和各级乳腺癌中有显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)乳腺癌的Ag—NOR计数与其DNA含量存在正相关性(P<0.05);(3)单纯癌大、小细胞型之间、浸润性小叶癌与硬癌之间的Ag—NOR均数有显著性差异(P<0.05);(4)乳腺癌原发灶与转移灶之间的Ag—NOR均数无明显差异(P>0.05)。研究表明:Ag—NOR计数可用于某些乳腺癌型鉴别,并能对从乳腺癌型和级别及DNA含量中所获得的预后指数提供补充信息。

123 cases of breast carcinoma were subjected to argyrophilic nucleolar orga nizer region (Ag-NOR) analysis. Forty-four of them had been previously measured to DNA content. The results were as follow: (1) there was significant statistical difference (P<0.05) in the Ag-NOR count among histological types and grades of breast carcinoma; (2) there was very good linear correlation (P<0.05) between Ag-NOR count and DNA content in these cases; (3) there was significant difference (P<0.05) between large cell type and small cell type of carcinoma simplex or invasive lobular carcinoma and scirrhous carcinoma; (4) there was no significant correlation (P>0.05) of Ag-NOR count between primary and metastatic foci. These findings show that Ag-NOR counting may assist in differential diagnosis among some types of breast carcinoma, and supplement the information obtained from other prognostic indices such as tumor types, grades and DNA content.
