战创伤性脏器及软组织异物的B型超声诊断

SONOGRAPHIC DIAGNOSIS OF FOREIGN BODIES IN ORGAN AND SOFT-TISSUE CAUSED BY WAR AND TRAUMA

对33例战伤或创伤所致脏器及软组织异物患者进行B型超声检查。96块异物超声显示91块,占48％。显示异物性质有金属和非金属,均呈强回声反射。但金属和玻璃异物之后带有声尾 (慧星尾征),其它非金属异物之后为声影。

We report a series of 33 patients with suspected foreign bodies in organ and soft-tissue caused by war and trauma, who were evaluated by sonography. Of the 33 patients with 96 foreign bodies, 91 of them including metal, glass, gauze, bamboo thorn and plastics were detected and localized with the displaying rated of 94.8％. The ultra sound characteristics of metallic and nonmetallic foreign bodies appeared as strong initial echoes with equally strong posterior reverberation (comet tail artifacts), and the other on-metallic foreign bodies appeared as strong initial echoes with posterior acustic shadowing. The ultrasonic appearance of foreign bodies in organ and soft-tissue were analyzed, the sonographic diagnosis and its differential diagnosis were discussed.
