摘要
本文报告胎骨移植治疗骨缺损、骨不连35例,全部成功。介绍胎骨制作及保管方法,临床应用的情况。
In recent two years, we have successfully treated 35 cases (100％) of bone defects and nonunions by using fetal bone transplants. Fetal bone graft has shown many advantages in transplantation because of its easy availability, simple preparation and storage, rapidly crawled and replaced by host tissue, excellent osteoinducing property, and lack of immunologic rejection. This article reports its preparation and storage method, and its clinical application.
