摘要
本文通过钢铁试样在硼砂盐浴中的渗铬试验,对渗铬试样表面形成的碳化物渗层的形成机理、金相组织、机械性能进行分析探讨,对硼砂盐浴渗铬的工艺特点进行探索。认为该工艺具有设备简单、操作方便、成本低廉、无环境污染等优点,在生产中推广应用会取得明显的效果。
By means if chronium permeance of steel sample in borax salt bath,this paper analyses the formation mechanism,metallographic struture and mechanical properties of thd pre- meance coating of carbon compounds formed on the surface of the test sample,and makes a study of the features and characteristics of the chromium permeance in borax salt bath.The article concludes that this technological process has such advantages as simple equipment, easy operation,low s cost and no pollution.The process will meet with noticeably good re- sults if it is introduced in production.
