脂肪抽吸术400例分析

An analysis of liposuction in 400 cases

本文报告脂肪抽吸术400例,按手术部位统计为572例次。文章详细统计了各部位的平均抽吸量,抽除物的血脂比例,术后引流量和周径缩小程度等。手术效果良好。笔者就手术适应证和严重并发痘进行了讨论。阐述了手术方法和操作技术的改良以及手术器械的改进,并提出了失血量的预测方法和计算公式。

Four handred cases of liposuction with 527 times of operation according to different areas were reported. The average amount of tissue removed in different areas, blood to fat ratio, the amount of blood drained postoperatively and the decrease in body circumference were analized in detail. The results of the operation were satisfactory. The indications and severe complications of the operation were discussed, and the improvement in method, technique and instruments of the operation were described. The prediction of blood loss and its calculating formula were raised in this article.
