眼睑板结膜瓣的制作及应用

Formation and application of the tarsal conjunctival flap

利用下睑板结膜瓣作为上睑肿瘤切除后的衬里14例(14眼)。方法:沿睑板问垂直切开下睑结膜睑板,与上睑缺损等长,分离至穹窿部,两侧垂直于穹窿部切开,即得一个与上睑缺损相对应的睑板结膜瓣。随访2～15年,全部病例在上睑上举、睑缘弧度、睑裂闭合等功能及美容方面比较满意,无下睑内外翻,角膜炎等并发症。

Lower tarsal conjunctival flap was used as an inner lining of the upper eyelids after tumor excision in 14 cases (14 eyes). The incision was made perpendicularly through the lower palpebra, taking the same length as the upper eyelid defect. Dissection was extended to the fornix where two incisions were made vertical to it on both ends. With 2 to 15 year's follow-up, the results were satisfactory for all cases in Upper eyelid holding up and eyelids closing. The contour of the palpebral margin was also good. No complication such as intro-and extro-versions of the lower eyelids and keratitis were found.
