颞区筋膜结构分析

An analysis of the structure of fascia in temporal region

采用手术显微镜下解剖、光镜组织切片观察结合外科手术方法观察证实颞区存在着4层筋膜、2层脂肪垫。颞中筋膜是一新发现的筋膜层次,面神经颞支行于其中。颞浅脂肪垫中有2种特别结构:弓形颞中静脉和横行的脂肪间隔。

The superficial temporal fascia lies immediately deep to the hair folliclies. It's part of the SMAS and is continuous in all directions with other structures belonging to that layer. In the temporal region, one should add that there exists an additional fascia-middle temporal fasia. It is made up of connective tissure, belonging to a upward extension of the fascia which surround the parotid gland. The temporal branches of the facial nerve are located within the middle temporal fascia. Deep to this layer is the deep termporal fascia, which splits into 2 lamellae at the level of 3.68±0.54cm above the upper edge of the zygoma. They are known as the superficial layer and the deep layer of the deep temporal fascia. The superficial temporal fat pad (STFP) is located between the 2 layers. There are two special structures observed with in STFP which are the horizontal septum of fat and the arciform vein. The deep temporal fat 9ad (DTFP) lies deep to the deep layer.
