An Evaluation of Design on Operation of Foot: Report of 486 Cases

本文报告486例儿麻后遗症足部畸形手术设计体会,介绍了常用的术式和改进的术式。对足部畸形手术康复与年龄的关系,以及与髋膝畸形,肢体短缩的关系,软组织手术与骨性手术关系谈了我们初浅体会。

This paper reports our experience of design on operation of foot in 486 cases caused by poliomyelitic paralysis. The authors present the routine operative methods and improved ones. The relationships between the operative rehabilitation of foot deformity and the age, the hip—knee deformity, the shortened leg were analysed. The relationship between the tendonmuscular operation and the skeletal operation was also analysed.
