髂骨延长术的改进及疗效判断标准的商榷(附35例报告)

Improvement of Iliac Osteotomy and Lengthening,Discussion on the Criteria of Evaluation(A report of 35 Gases)

本文对35例儿麻后遗症髂骨延长术进行了小结。术中改进了一些手术环节,根据生物力学原理在髂骨截骨方向,撑开后断面以远运功方向,开大比例及内固定等方面做了改进。术后废弃髋人字石膏外固定,使手术在40分钟以内完成,不输血,随访疗效满意。

A review of 35 cases of iliacosteotomy and lengthening for sequelae of infantile paralysis. Some operative procedures were improved according to biomechanics,such as the direction of osteotomy, the proportion of distraction and the internal fixation. Post operative plaster hip spica was omitted,thus,the operation was finished in 40 minutes, without blood transfusion.The result was satisfactory after follow up.
