一次性综合矫治麻痹性髋关节半脱位和髋外翻畸形

One-stage Correction of Paralytic Subluxation of the Hip and Coxa Valgus

本文报道儿麻后遗髋关节半脱位和髋外翻畸形14例,男性5例,女性9例。结合3～4种手术进行一次性综合矫治,随访半年～3年,疗效满意。作者较详细介绍了手术方法,讨论了先髋与麻痹髋的鉴别要点,对治疗麻痹性髋不稳定的各种治疗方法作了回顾与比较,突出了一次性综合矫治髋关节半脱位和髋外翻畸形的作用。

Among 14 cases of subluxation of the hip and coxa valgus caused by poliomyelitic paralysis,5 cases were males and 9 cases were females. one-stage correction was made using 3 or 4 kinds of operative methods. Follow-up(0.5—3 years)showed satisfactory result.The authors introduced operative methods in detail and discussed the main diff- erence of congenital and paralytic hip dislocation.Several methods of treatment of paralytic hip joint were compared.Effect of one-stage correction was recommended.
