麻痹性跟行足的临床分型及外科治疗(附572例临床报告)

The Classification and Treatment of Paralytic Talipes Calcaneus(A Report of 572 Cases)

本文报道了我院自1978年5月至1987年10月对脊髓灰质炎后遗跟行足572例583只足的治疗体会。经2年7个月至9年5个月的随访,证明采用我院的临床分型及其分型治疗是治愈此种畸形较好的治疗方法.本组572例583只足中,优397足(68.09%),良126足(21.26%),可43足(7.38%),差17足(2.92%),优良率为89.7%。本文还就跟行足的形成机理及临床分型治疗原则进行了较为详尽的讨论。

From May 1978 to October 1987, 572 patients with paralytic calca- neus were treated in our hospital. The data obtained through the fo- llow-up survey on 572 cases from 2 to 9 years proving that the cla ssification and treatment are ideal ways of curing the sequelae.The results of which were excellent in 397 feet(68.09%),good 126 feet (21.6%),fair 43 feet(7.38%). poor 17 feet(2.92%).The effec- tive rate was 89.7%.The pathology of the paralytic calcaneus and me- chanism of formation.the classif- ication and the method of treat- ment were discussed in detail.
