摘要
研究了浓度、温度、Cl^-及自由基抑制剂(如丙烯晴等)对以苏氨酸(Thr)—KBrO_3—Mn(Ⅱ)—Fe(Ⅱ)—H_2SO_4为体系的振荡反应的影响,求得了振荡反应的表观活化能.分析了振荡反应的产物,苏氨酸在振荡反应中的作用和Mn(Ⅱ)和Fe(Ⅱ)二种离子的影响.以该体系为标准BZ振荡器,测定了各种不同程度肝癌患者血清对该振荡反应的诱导期(t_),振荡周期(t_)以及振荡寿命(t_)的影响,列成标准表,由此可设计一种检测肝癌的新方法.结果表明,该方法选择良好,准确性较好.
The Belousov—Zhabotinsky (BZ) reaction with amino acid as the organic substrate and catalyzed by both Fe (Ⅱ) and Mn (Ⅱ) ions has been designed. Many factors such as concentrations of reactants: chloride and acrylonitrile effects on the oscillations have been studied and explained according to the general oscillating mechnism—the FKN mechanism. The effect of temperature on the oscillation has also been studied and its activation energies during the oscillating period and induction period have been calculated. The reaction products have been analyzed and the role of the organic substrate (thrine) has been explained. The roles of the two metallic ions in the oscillation have also been investigated. It was found that Fe (Ⅱ) reacted as the oscillating catalyst and Mn (Ⅱ) reacted as the catalyst of the oxidation of threonine to produce some intermediates which can be brominated easily. Finally, the effect of various kinds of blood serum (including both the blood serum come from the nomal subjects and the liver cancer patients) on the above osicillating reaction have been detected. The experimental results have been summarized as the standard table. According to those results, a new method to detect the liver cancer by using the chemical oscillator has been designed. The experimental results showed that this osclllator can be applied to probe the liver cancer effectively.
