Study of Langers line in the maxillofacial region

前言 1978年维也纳解剖学家Krllanger绘制了第一张人体皮肤裂线图,后人称之为Langer’s皮纹。1892年Kocher是一位瑞士外科医生,他提出外科手术时切口应平行于Langer’s皮纹。

Since karl Langers drew the first skin gap-line figure of human body through a number of experiments, many reseachers have studied it for years. A variety of point of view has been suggested. After observing 50 cases of Langers line on cavaders, we drew the Langers line of maxillofacial region in Chinese. In addition, the Langers line of 2 Rhesus monkey and 6 Chinese miniature sucines provided by Beijing Agriculture University were also observed. The results showed that there is regular Langers line of the skin of maxillofacial region of both human and animls. The existence of Lancers line on the skin of the maxillofacial region is important for oral and plastic surgeons. Designing incision on the skin of the maxillofacial region parallel to the Langers line is an ideal choosing. It can greatly reduce the tension of skin, obtain good blood circulation, improve wound healing and made less scar. Some reseachers indicate that incision on the skin of maxillofaciai region should be parallel to the wrinkles. To our Knowlage, wrinkles is the result of aging process, it exists on the facial skin of the elderly, While Langers line can be found on the facial skin of children, young adult as well as the elderly. Langers line has pratical value for choosing operative incision. Our result provides a new way for choosing operative incision.
