Giant colloidin section method for observing architecture of skin microvessels

观察皮肤微血管构筑,对于皮瓣的开发与移植具有重要价值,而确切的研究方法将起到重要的指导作用。我们在制作透明标本的基础上,再用火棉胶包埋制作大型切片,镜下观察皮肤微血管,使观察更深入、更微细、更全面,层次更分明,为进一步研究皮肤微血管构筑提供了实用而有效的方法。

Giant colloidin section method was used in studying skin microvessels. Gelatins or emulsoids and dyes were injected into the vessels of human and animal skin. Then the specimens were embedded in colloidin, cutted into giant section. Under light microscopic obeservation, The morphological features of every layer of skin microvessels were very clear. This method, being simple, accurate and whole scene, is one of the effective methods for studying skin flap.
