The treatment of cicatrice of upper lid is a complicate problem. Almost every case has peculiarity of its own. Despite of the same kind of cicatrice there are different methods of operation according to its size and location. By a reasonable preoperative design in eyelid, we make the transplanted skin looked identical in thickness and colour with normal. Double eyelid operation is formed at the same time, the course of treatment is markedly shortened.
