微机成像在美容整形外科的应用

A clinical research of three-dimensional computer-assisted design and its evaluation in facial plastic surgery

本文系作者在面部整形中应用计算机三维成像技术测量分析、设计、模拟手术及手术效果预测的研究报告。在对,1000名正常人面部形态测量的基础上,首次建立国人面部形态图像库。把先进的计算机图像处理技术应用于整形美容咨询、整形手术设计、手术效果预测等。使术前测量分析、手术设计计算机化、定量化、图像化。通过78例手术前后的验证,其测量分析快速准确、手术设计合理。手术预测系统极大地增加了医患之间的理解与沟通;模拟系统代替了整形美容手术前的纸片拚对,石膏模型及腊型制作等手工劳动,使手术更加精确。

This artile is a research report on utilizing the three-dimensional imaging technique of computer to make analysis, surgical design, evaluation of surgical result and surgical simulation in facial plastic surgery. For the first time a data base of the chinese facial morphosis has been built based on the cephalometric data of 1, 000 people. The image-processing technique of computer which can be applied in aesthetic inquiry, surgical design and evaluation of the result etc, will make the preoperative analysis computerized, quantitated and picturized. Through the testing of 60 cases pre and post-operatively, the analysis and design of the computer imaging system has been proved to be exact and reasonable. The use of the evaluation system has helped to enhance the communication and understanding between the surgeon and his patient. The surgical simulation system can replace the traditional manual work such as the make-up of paper pieces and the plaster cast etc, and will make the operation more accurate.
