个旧市50—80年代志贺氏菌监测的统计分析

THE STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OE INSPECTION THE BACTERUM DYSETERIAE BETWEEN THE 1950'S AND THE 80's IN THE CITY OE GEJIU

应用交叉积差的矩阵表示法同组中构成比的统计检验方法,对云南省个旧市50～80年代间志贺氏菌菌型分布差异情况进行显著性检验。结果表明,该市四个不同年代贺氏菌菌型分布的构成有显著差异。通过统计检验使菌型分布变化的比较更为客观、科学和清晰。

By the means of the matrix of cross product difference (CPD) and the method of statistical inspection in the component proportion in the same group the difference of the forms and the distribution of bacterium dyseteriae between the 1950'S and the 80's in the city of Gejiu, Yunnan province, has been remarkably inspected and it has turned out that in the city there exists remarkable difference of the forms and distribution of the bacterrium dyseteriae in the past different 4 decades. The statistical test mentioned above has made it objective, scientific and clear to compare the forms and distribution of the bacterium dyseteriae.
