摘要
疏水结合作用是仿生催化反应中与控制反应的化学、区域和立体选择性密切相关的一个重要因素。我们成功地将具有疏水空穴的杯[4]芳烃引入四苯基卟啉中,并进一步合成了其锰络合物B-Mn(Ⅲ)Cl。本文以B-Mn(Ⅲ)Cl为催化剂,NaOCl为单氧供体。
Catalytic epoxidation of styrene by moded compound (B-Mn (Ⅲ)Cl) has been studied with sodium hypochloridc as single oxygen doner. Experimental results show that B-Mn (Ⅲ) Cl is superior to the MnTPPCl as an enzyme model for cytochrome P-450 monooxygenase. The is malnty attributed to the hydrophobic binding action between tbe substrate and tbe calixarne residue in B-Mn (Ⅲ) Cl.
