静脉注射用免疫球蛋白的抗补体活性及部分免疫学特性测定

Determination of Anti-Complement Activity and Immunological Specificity of Intravenous Immunoglobulins

本文采用100CH_(50)法测定静脉注射用免疫球蛋白(IVIG)的抗补体活性(ACA)。对IVIG的pH,Na^+含量及不同成分的缓冲液进行了试验比较;ACA重复测定结果的变异系数在15％以内;MG在含微量IgG多聚体情况下,多聚体与ACA的关系不明显;17批MG都含有麻疹抗体和白喉抗体,IgA含量不等,不含IgM。

The 100CH_(50)method was used to measure anticomplement activity (ACA) of IVIG in this paper. The pH, Na^+ content of IVIG and diferent components of buffer were compared. The resuits showed that the variation coefficient of ACA was within 15 percent. When there was very little IgG polymer existing in IVIG, the relation between polymer and ACA was insignificant. All the 17 lots of IVIG contained measles and diphtheria antibodies. Their IgA varied in amount and IgM could not be detected.
