“慢性结肠炎”的病因学研究

Etiologic Study of Chronic Colitis

对腹泻两个月以上,纤维结肠镜检查发现有单纯性炎症改变者100例进行了两年多的系统研究,包括细菌学、组织病理学、电镜技术、酶联免疫技术、同位素基因探讨等。结果明确或基本明确病因者64例,病因达19种之多,其中以慢性肠道感染、肠道菌群失调和炎症性肠病最为常见。对胶原性结肠炎、菌群失调及不明原因者进行了讨论。

100 cases with diarrhea more than two months and with simple imflammatic changes were systemically studied for two years, including bacteriology, histopathology, electromicroscopy technique, ELISA technique and genetic isoradio-probe and so on. In 64 cases, the causes were identified or almost identified. The causes were more than 19, among which chronic intestinal infection, intestinal bacterial mass disturbance and inflammatory bowel disease were common to sec. Collagenic colitis, bacterial inass disturbance and unknown reasons were also discussed.
