左旋多巴抗胃溃疡作用的实验研究

Anti—Ulcer Studies of L—dopa on Experimental Murine Ulcer

为了探讨左旋多巴对实验性消化性溃疡的疗效,我们采用左旋多巴(0.25g/kg·d^(-1))喂饲用醋酸浸润法制造了胃溃疡的大白鼠,并设三钾二枸椽酸铬合铋(TDB)及普通饲料喂饲两个对照组。30天后杀死大鼠,观察溃疡愈合情况及并发症的发生情况。结果显示,①左旋多巴和TDB对溃疡具有显著疗效,但左旋多巴与"TDB之间疗效无显著差异,②普通饲料组的粘连发生率显著高于其余二组。

The effect of L—dopa on experimental peptic ulcer was studied. A dosage of L—dopa(0.25g/Kg·d^(-1) was given to the experimental acetic acid penetrating gastric ulcer rats,contrast to TDB and regular forage fed groups. The gastric mucosa were examined 30 days later. The results show: 1) Both L—dopa and TDB are effect to gastric ulcer, and there are no significant differences between them. 2) The incidence of adhesion in the regular forage fed group was higher than both other groups.
