肝细胞刺激再生因子对大鼠实验性肝损伤的疗效及作用机制的研究

摘要 本文研究了肝细胞刺激再生因子(HSS)对大鼠实验性肝损伤的疗效及作用机制。研究结果显示HSS能明显促进肝脏的修复,而肝细胞沉淀物无此作用,同时还测定了巨噬细胞酸性磷酸酶活性。结果显示在HSS组其活性明显上升。应用HSS治疗肝衰竭的机理可能是被激活的巨噬细胞清除体内内毒素。 The mechanism and effectiveness of hepatic stimulate substances (HSS)to experimental rat liver lesion were studied. The results show that HSS can promote the repairement of the liver but not the liver cell sediment. The activity of acid phosphatase in macrophage cells was also evaluated and the result show it was significantly increased in the HSS group. The mechanism to treat liver failure with HSS may be the elimination of endotoxin by activated macrophage cells.
