甲醛灭活型间嵌合脊髓灰质炎病毒免疫原性的研究

摘要 应用基因工程重组技术构建了脊髓灰质炎型间嵌合病毒xF_(233)(I/Ⅲ型)。经浓缩、提纯及甲醛灭活3天和12天,虽然其细胞感染力已全部丧失,但仍能诱导家兔产生高效价的抗-Mahoney和抗-Leon血清中和抗体。说明xF_(233)有可能作为灭活疫苗的候选株。 By means of genetic engineering,an intertypic chimeric poliovirus XF233 (type I/type Ⅲ) was constructed. After concentration and purification,and inactivation with formaldehyde (1:4,000) for 3 days and 12 days, XF233 could still induce rabbits to produce sero—neutralizing antibodies in high titer against its parem viruses.Mahoney and Leon strains, although they had lost cell infectivity completely. The results showed that XF 233 could be a candidate for making inactivated vaccine.
