冻干麻疹活疫苗有效期的考查

Preliminary Study on the Stability of Freeze-dried Measles Vaccine within the Alloted Time

随机抽取12批冻干麻疹活疫苗,保存于4～10℃,48～50个月后其毒力滴度100％合格(2.5 LogTCID_(50))。在保存26个月的疫苗中,随机抽取4批接种22名易感儿,抗体100％阳转。未见异常反应。根据疫苗的稳定性及人体免疫效果可考虑适当延长疫苗效期。

12 lots of freeze-dried measles vaccine randomly selected were stored for 48-50 months, and the titer of the vaccine is up to standard(2.5 log) by 100%. 22 susceptible subjects were vaccinated with the 4 lots of randomly selected vaccine that had been stored for 26 months,and their HI antibody positive rates were 100 %, no abnormal reaction occured. According to the stabillty and the immunizing potency of the vaccine, it is thought that the expiry date of the ferrze-dried measles vaccine conld be prolonged for 1-2 vears properly.
