摘要
本文以实验数据为基础,建立了反应的速度方程,并以相关的理论对此反应的机理作了较为详细的探讨。
This article told of the establishment of Velocity equation for the reaction
on the base of the Laboratory data. It discussed the mechanism for this reaction according to the theory related to the reaction.
