中国华北的汉族人群HLA单倍型

HLA HAPLOTYPES ANALYZED FPOM NORTHERN CHINESE FAMILIES

对河北省邻近北京地区的103个多子女家庭进行了HLA-A、B、C、DR、BF、C2、C4A、C4 B等8个位点的等位基因的分型检测,分析了8位点的HLA扩展单倍型,从而首次揭示了中国华北地区人群的HLA单倍型的面貌。本研究证明HLA单倍型在各位点之间的等位基因呈高度的连锁不平衡,并显示出中国人不同于其他人种的特点;本文同时讨论了HLA单倍型分析的重要意义。

A total of 103 families were randomly selected from Hebei Province, nearby Beijing in North China. These family members were typed for HLA-A, B, C, DR and the complememt components of BF,C2 and C4. The gene frequencies of HLA class Ⅰ and Ⅱ antigens in unrelated parents were similar to those puplished previously. The common C4 alleles were C4~* A3 (44. 8%), C4 A4 (30.2%), C4 B1 (54.7%), and C4 B2 (33.3%). The frequency of C4 AQ0 (16. 7%) was found to be higher than that in Japanese (6. 7%). The common comlotypes were BFS-C4 A3-C4 Bl (35.3%), BFS-C4 A4-C4 B2 (20.3%), BFS-C4 AQ0-C4 Bl (8.2%), and BFF-C4 A3-C4 B1 (5. 9%). Seven MHC haplotypes were observed with the frequencies of more than 2%: A30-Cw6-B13-BFS-C4 A3-C4 B1-DR7(7. 8%),Bw52-BFS-C4 A_(3+2)-C4 BQ0-DR2(4. 2%) A2-B40-BFS-C4 A3-C4 B1-DR2 (2. 8%), Cw7-B40-BFS-C4 A4-C4 B2-DR2 (2. 4%), B51-BFS-C4 A3-C4 B1-DR4 (2. 4%), A2-Cw7-B16-BFS-C4 A3-C4 B1-DR2 (2. 1%), A2-B40-BFS-C4 A3-C4 B1-DR2 (2. 1%) and A2-B40-BFS-C4 A4-C4 B2-DR9 (2. 1%). Interestingly, the first MHC haplotype is very rare in Japanese, whereas the second haplotype is the most common one in Jananese.
